PITTSTON, PA – Ramapo pounded East Stroudsburg with 70 shots on goal on their way to a 7-0 victory.

Ramapo dominated East Stroudsburg University from the opening faceoff scoring 4 goals in the first period. Zack O’Connor opened the scoring with a power play goal at 4:11 on an assist by Keith Doherty. Three minutes later Kyle Debel connected on passes from Keith Henning and Doherty. Relentless fore-checking and crisp passing resulted in the third Roadrunner goal. Debel setup Dmitry Danilchik who snapped a shot past the ESU goalie. Just 55 seconds later Debel tallied his third point of the period, scoring an unassisted goal. Ramapo took a 4-0 lead into the locker room.

The second period started as a mirror image of the first period. O’Conner scored on a power play at 4:37. Josh Filipovits and Henning assisted on the play. Doherty scored an unassisted goal, his third point of the afternoon, at 6:51. The Roadrunners continued to pound the Warriors but could put the puck in the net. Strong ESU goaltending limited Ramapo to only a single goal in the third period. Ryan Worth converted on passes from Doherty and Henning for the third Ramapo power play goal of the game. Doherty ended the game with five point, a goal and four assists.
